TAX/GST INVOICES:
We are GST registered and invoices are provided on all sales.


FREIGHT:

Delivery Times
We use couriers or post depending on the cost and your preferred method.

1-3 working days within the North/South Islands
2-5 working day’s rural delivery & within outer islands (ie: Stewart Island, Waiheke Island etc).

Pick Ups are available

Damages or Loss in Transit
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the selected Couriers or NZ Post directly. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit however details of any claim should be advised to us immediately.

Track and Trace
Track and trace service is available on all parcels. We will provide you with your tracking number if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times above. Please email us to receive this.

RETURNS

Our Guarantee

 

Goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind.

Manufacturers Warranty's and Consumer guarantees apply. We will stand behind the products we sell within 30 days of the mailing date if there is a fault.

Note: We sell all of our items in good faith, however customer's reasons for returning goods vary greatly, therefore we have a policy of negotiation. If other sizes or colours are required (if available) an exchange is acceptable with prior arrangement providing they are of the same value, otherwise the difference will be credited or charged accordingly. These items must be in an undamaged and unused condition only, if returned.

Any faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are fully returnable as per "our Guarantee".
Where possible a replacement will be provided. If a replacement is not possible a refund will be given.

It is the customer's responsibility to return goods for any reason. If it is a warranty issue we will refund the freight charges once we receive the goods back.
